Insight

Research indicated that our competitors struggled with app adoption/retention as they mainly competed on discount prices and did not establish a deeper brand connection with users.

Big Idea

Design an easy-to-use app highlighting our unique offering and the three ways to save (fuel, food and beverage, and car wash). Create a campaign centered around a mascot to promote the platform and effectively connect with users emotionally.

Results

The one-year user acquisition goal was achieved in less than a month. The retention goal was exceeded by 20%. The app store rating remained above 4.5 stars throughout the campaign. In addition to this, the app is a 2024 Webby Honoree, and our mascot concept was honored with a Gold Service Industry Advertising Award.
